Job descriptionReceives all deals from both the New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments Verifies deal contents; prepares lender packages for submission and issues payoff checks for trade-ins Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealerships Reynolds & Reynolds DMS Verifies accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place and a Finance & Insurance log Previous experience required - automotive experience preferred Ability to analyze information, and research skills required to perform job duties Detail oriented and computer proficiency a must Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. An established, successful dealership in the Chicago area is seeking a top performingBilling Clerkto join their team . This is a Full-time position. A Billing Clerk processes the accounting of all vehicle purchases. They are among the most important employees in the business, as they play a major role in keeping the deals in order. The right candidate must have successful experience in a previous dealership as a Billing Clerk.
