Outside Sales Team Member

If you’ve ever closed a deal in a parking lot, pitched a product at a barbecue, or sold your friend on switching carriers during brunch, you’re our kind of salesperson! We need energetic Outside Sales Team Members to hit the streets of San Diego and bring AT&T’s 5G services directly to customers. As an Outside Sales Team Member, you’ll be meeting new people, solving real problems, and very occasionally outrunning competitors to the best leads.

Before you start earning unlimited commissions, allow us to brief you on your mission :

Conduct face-to-face sales in residential and commercial areas

Present AT&T wireless and fiber solutions tailored to customer needs

Build rapport quickly and close deals confidently

Educate customers on 5G benefits and device compatibility

Track daily activity and report performance metrics

Collaborate with team leads to strategize outreach efforts

Attend weekly meetings and training sessions

Represent Babylon Management and AT&T with integrity and enthusiasm

To qualify, the aspiring Outside Sales Team Member must have :

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Comfortable working outdoors and on-the-go

Ability to handle rejection with grace (and a comeback pitch)

Must have reliable transportation

High school diploma or equivalent
