POSITION SUMMARY :
The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying opportunities for business growth and developing new client relationships for CRE360 Partners. The role will focus on bringing on new tenant and landlord clients and optimizing sales strategies for the transaction / leasing services offered by CRE360. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by connecting CRE360's unique transaction services with clients in need of high-quality expertise.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND OUTCOMES :
- Source and qualify new business accounts / assignments
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Expand existing client relationships where applicable
- Drive the company's sales pipeline through proactive engagement and follow-up
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead and / or participate in sales presentations and pitchesTravel to meet new and existing clients.Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunitiesCollaborate with the marketing and coordination teams to create sales materials including presentations, proposals, and client case studies.Utilize CRM tools to track outreach and follow-up processesDrive new business development to expand CRE360 Partners' client baseStay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapeContribute to developing and refining the company's overall sales strategyMeet or exceed sales targets and performance metricsMaintain a high level of industry / product knowledge to effectively communicate cre360's value proposition to clientsPerform additional duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
7+ years experience in retail real estate account development / relationship management. Prior experience in brokerage or tenant real estate deal making strongly preferred.Strong understanding of tenant / landlord representation and their value to businessesAbility to build and maintain productive professional relationshipsHighly motivated and target-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of professionalism and commitment to ethical business practicesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Includes both a typical office or home-based office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and occasional local and / or overnight travel.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

This position has no direct reports.
COMPENSATION :
$110,000-$130,000 base salary range + incentive compensation opportunity and full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance and other voluntary benefits)
