Position Overview
The Director of Digital Sales will lead all third-party delivery partnerships and digital ordering channels for our restaurant group, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub. This role is focused exclusively on delivery platforms and digital marketplace sales — it does not include catering sales responsibilities . The Director will be responsible for optimizing performance on these platforms, managing ad spend, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize profitability and guest reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all delivery platform partnerships (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and others).
- Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets across platforms to maximize ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on delivery sales trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Culinary and Finance teams on pricing and menu strategy specific to delivery.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships with delivery platform partners.
- Work with Marketing to develop digital promotions that drive delivery sales.
- Ensure menu listings, photography, and brand presence are optimized for digital marketplaces.
- Stay current on delivery industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
- Launch, and be the administrator for our mobile app and loyalty program.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice sales with a focus on delivery platforms, digital sales, or third-party marketplaces.Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.Proven success managing ad spend and optimizing sales performance in delivery / digital channels.Excellent vendor relationship and negotiation skills.Proficiency with digital ordering platforms, data tools, and Excel.Prior experience launching a mobile app and loyalty program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
