We are seeking a dedicated Family Care Provider to join our rural health clinic in Aledo, Illinois, located just 45 minutes south of the Quad Cities. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a generous commencement bonus of up to $150K! Job Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a rural health clinic setting.
• Work alongside 2 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Manage clinic, hospital, and long-term care coverage.
• Ensure high-quality patient care with lab and X-ray services adjacent to the clinic.
• Participate in a call rotation of 1 : 6.
