The Learning Experience Coordinator supports Ferguson Academy programs by ensuring they are delivered smoothly and provide an outstanding learner experience. This role handles program logistics, communications, and partner coordination so that the Academy's strategies are translated into engaging, high-quality learning opportunities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning programs, including meals, travel, lodging, and onsite setup.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring clear communication and a supportive, engaging experience.
• Manage participant communications and distribute program materials in digital and print formats.
• Support setup and maintenance of learning programs in Workday Learning, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
• Maintain the Ferguson Academy learning calendar and assist with program reporting, feedback collection, and evaluations.
• Track program expenses and support invoice and billback processing.
• Partner with vendors (hotels, caterers, transportation, and content providers) to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-aligned delivery.
• Collaborate with internal communications to promote learning initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ensure all programs reflect Academy standards and Ferguson's learning culture.

Pay Range : $15.58 - $25.39

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
