Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health measures, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide ongoing care for patients with complex health issues.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Coordinate with specialists for referrals and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Perform minor procedures as needed, including suturing and wound care.
• Stay updated on the latest medical research and advancements in primary care practices.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Skills
• Proficiency in EHR and EMR systems for effective patient record management.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Experience in various specialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, psychiatry, gastroenterology, dermatology, and more is advantageous.
• Ability to perform critical procedures including airway management, IV infusion, catheterization, and basic life support.
• Excellent patient assessment skills with a focus on triage and discharge planning.
• Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and participation in clinical trials is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
