Construction Superintendent – Hotel
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee hotel construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground-up construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily construction operations on hotel projects
- Interface with local inspectors and city / county officials as needed
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
- Manage field staff, including Assistant Superintendents and Engineers
- Identify and resolve day-to-day field issues to maintain smooth project progress
- Maintain accurate job and progress reports, and other project documentation
- Ensure overall project success, including safety, budget, schedule, and quality
- Develop project schedules, determine work sequencing, and implement strategies to maintain timelines
- Maintain professional working relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
- Provide regular updates and correspondence to the Project Manager
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years as a Superintendent managing ground-up construction projects, preferably hotels / hospitality projectsProficient in Procore or similar construction management software, and Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
