A company is looking for a GPS PBX Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries, providing resolutions effectively
Utilize resources to understand and advocate for guest issues
Maintain confidentiality and uphold brand integrity while delivering high-quality service
Required Qualifications :
Preferred experience in call center, hotel, or PBX environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with at least 2 years of experience
Minimum 6 months experience with hotel systems such as Opera and HotSOS is preferred
Schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently
