• Full-Stack Mastery : work with modern technologies at frontend, backend to ship features and own them.
• Lean and scalable Infrastructure : rapidly develop and scale our backend infrastructure.
• Product mindset : actively collaborate with colleagues from engineering, UX and product, including the founder to help shape the future product together with us.
• High standards : while we want to move fast, we want to deliver code that is well tested, and is maintainable.
• Mentoring and coaching less experienced engineers in the team
