Data Analyst — located in Orangeburg, SC .

Responsibilities

• Order Processing : Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders into Order Management Systems (OMS), ensuring all documentation is complete and correct.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing from initiation to fulfillment.
• Inventory Management : Work closely with inventory teams to verify product availability and monitor stock levels, proactively preventing discrepancies.
• Customer Communication : Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and delivery timelines.
• Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve order-related issues or discrepancies, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all orders and generate reports to support business operations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Extract, validate, and analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs.
• Presentation Skills : Create clear, compelling presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving : Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the order lifecycle.
