Analytical Scientist III

A company is looking for a Scientist III (Analytical Characterization).

Key Responsibilities :

Perform mass spectrometry analyses of biologics for sequence verification and post-translational modification profiles

Independently conduct separation methods using HPLC and AKTA

Design and execute experiments for method development and support process development through raw material analysis

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related technical discipline

5+ years (BS) or 2+ years (MS) of relevant experience in a biotech / pharmaceutical setting

Experience with HPLC / UPLC chromatography and fractionation using AKTA

Experience performing LC-MS experiments on intact proteins

Knowledge of vibrational spectroscopy and multivariate analysis is desirable
