Job Summary
The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environment. This role ensures that customer orders, engineering releases, material availability, and manufacturing capacities are synchronized to meet delivery commitments, optimize resources, and support business objectives. The Master Scheduler acts as the key liaison between Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Project Management to translate complex project requirements into executable schedules.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in an Engineer-to-Order or Project-based Manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of MRP / ERP systems, BOM structures, routings, and capacity planning.
Experience coordinating across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing functions.
Additional Skills and Experience
Advanced proficiency in ERP / MRP systems (Experience in Epicor an advantage).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work cross-functionally.
Ability to handle multiple complex projects and shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
