Pay : $20.60 / hr guaranteed base + weekly incentives based on production level up to $25.75 / hr

What You'll Be Doing :

Perform maintenance, including :

Changing oil and filters

Engine tune-ups

Replace filters, belts, brakes, coolant hoses

Mount and balance tires

Suspension

Diagnose squeaks, rattles, leaks.

Accessory installation (i.e., radios, floor mats, roof racks, etc.)

Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices

Qualifications :

1+ year of experience in a technician or maintenance role (automotive dealership experience a plus)

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Self-starter with capability to manage your day.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality work

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment

Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
