Job description1 - 7 years of litigation experience at a commercial litigation law firm Licensed to practice law in Florida required; admission in Florida Federal Court a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $250,000 or more. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided.
Job Description
Responsibilities of the Litigation Associate :
- Efficiently and competently research legal issues
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
- Attend court appearances in Florida state and federal courts
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients
