Government Reimbursement Analyst
Government Reimbursement Analyst will be responsible for completing cost report working papers, financial analysis, and preparing month-end journal entries and other miscellaneous financial reports for multiple hospitals. This individual will report to the Manager of Reimbursement.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of financial analysis, healthcare compliance, or reimbursement experience required.
Certifications, Licenses, or Registrations Required : N / A
Preferred Qualifications : Hospital reimbursement experience and Microsoft SQL Server experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft office products, database software, analytical skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities :
Physical and Environmental Demands : Requires occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours, occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional activities subject to significant volume changes of a seasonal / clinical nature, frequent work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, occasional climbing, occasional crouching / stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, occasional pushing / pulling, occasional reaching, occasional sitting, occasional standing, occasional twisting, and occasional walking.
