• Part-time with a weekend commitment on night shifts from 7 : 00pm to 7 : 30am.\n
• Compensation : $35.00-$54.82 based on experience.\n
• Location : Sinai Hospital, Baltimore, MD.\n\nUnit Overview : \n\nOur Progressive Care unit is a 32-bed cardiac telemetry unit dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients experiencing chest pain, chronic heart failure, and cardiac arrhythmias, or who need preoperative care for catheterization or cardiac surgery. As a registered nurse, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, including bedside shift reports, patient assessments, hourly rounding, phlebotomies, IV insertions, patient education, and more. Collaboration is key on our unit as we engage in daily accountable care rounds with physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, and pharmacy team members to create tailored care plans.\n\nYour Role : \n\nAs a member of our patient care team, you will deliver safe, age-appropriate healthcare and serve as a resource for patients and their families. We are looking for nurses who embrace communication, collaboration, and teamwork, fostering an environment of autonomous nursing practice.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing.\n
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.\n
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.\n
