Executive Assistant
PrideStaff is assisting a client in their search for a highly trustworthy, confidential, and indispensable Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This multifaceted role requires a proactive individual who can manage both business and personal affairs, acting as a key gatekeeper and "Chief of Staff" to ensure smooth operations and prevent issues from escalating to the CEO's attention. The successful candidate will also serve as an Estate and Property Manager, overseeing the logistics of personal residences. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic firm and work closely with an influential CEO.
Salary : $50,000 annually
Hours : Day Shift, with some On-Call
Location : Akron, OH
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel plans
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening, and prioritizing communications
- Handle business needs and special projects on behalf of the CEO, demonstrating strong negotiation and expediting skills
- Manage business affairs for the CEO's wife, who will also be involved in the hiring process
- Exercise significant influence over leaders of portfolio businesses
Personal Assistance :
Manage all aspects of the CEO's personal life events, including personal residences, vacation homes, and travel plans for both the CEO and his wifeProvide "on-call" support, considering the two-hour time difference between Ohio and WyomingEstate & Property Management :
Oversee logistics for the CEO's properties, including managing alarms, remodeling, upgrades, and service projectsProblem Solving & Initiative :
Exhibit a "don't give up" mentality, finding solutions independently before escalating issues to the CEOBe willing to take on any task and do what is needed to be indispensableNavigate a challenging and demanding work environment, adapting to the CEO's needsQualifications :
