Position details

This position is open to remote candidates located anywhere in the United States. We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a driven individual to lead testing efforts for the RPA / AI team, with a focus on the Medicare ecosystemparticularly in automation and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all testing initiatives within the RPA and AI domains, including test data generation, automation, and service validation.
• Establish and maintain best practices for testing RPA and AI-developed solutions and regression testing efforts.
• Ensure system reliability and quality through rigorous testing protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, including offshore coordination, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with development and regulatory teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $106,605.00 - $260,590.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
