Position Summary
The Mid-Level Designer / Production Designer plays a key role in executing the visual identity of Haggai across digital and print platforms. This position supports the Art Director in producing high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets and ensures consistency and excellence in all visual communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about design execution and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution & Production : Create and adapt visual assets for print, digital, and social media platforms
- Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy in specifications, color profiles, and output formats
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Support layout, typography, and composition with a strong eye for detail
- Work closely with the Art Director and other marketing team members to meet project goals
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Quality Assurance
Review and proof design files for accuracy and brand complianceTroubleshoot production issues and ensure final deliverables meet technical standardsSkills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in graphic design or production design, preferably in an in-house or agency settingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft OfficeSolid understanding of print production processes, digital design software, and standardsExperience preparing files for printers and digital platformsStrong organizational and time-management skillsPersonal Characteristics
