MTU Maintenance Dallas is part of the world's largest independent jet engine MRO company based in Germany providing aftermarket and OEM-licensed engine maintenance services worldwide. MTU Maintenance is a global network of over 4,000 employees with over 35 years of experience in the MRO market. MTU Maintenance Dallas provides hospital shop and on-site maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Contact end-users of IT systems to eliminate problems related to the operation of the ERP system and associated applications.
  • Ensure that systems are maintained and improved according to current MTU requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain and monitor SAP and other functional and operational applications entrusted to the application.
  • Apply practical knowledge of business processes related to SAP system at the plant.
  • Perform SAP data analysis – early detection of abnormalities, corrective actions.
  • Participate in User Group work – test new SAP releases, provide feedback on user modification proposals, submit new modifications.
  • Provide user help for current problems; if needed, escalate problems, issue service notifications and monitor until resolution.
  • Participate in modification and creation of new procedures in SAP.
  • Be responsible for the application (excluding Office 365).
  • Demonstrate SAP knowledge at least at the level of an advanced user in company processes.
  • Analyze data from the SAP system.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools from databases.
  • MS Office knowledge.
