Overview

Wayne Contracting is seeking a Full-Charge Construction Superintendent who takes pride in leading projects and crews to success. This role focuses on delivering high-quality commercial projects and building trust with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of commercial construction projects — restaurants, offices, and ground-up construction — from start to finish.
  • Work directly with project managers, architects, and owners to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Lead skilled crews and subcontractors while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
  • Solve problems in real time, make sound decisions, and guide the project to a successful finish.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience (office, retail, restaurant, or warehouse projects).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and drug-free.
