Job Title : Customer Service Representative I

This is temporary, onsite assignment at our Pecos Branch.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and recording routine transactions for bank customers. We provide our customers with excellent customer service, greeting them by name, meeting their needs, and following up to be sure they were satisfied. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• check cashing
• deposits
• withdrawals
• loan payments
• money transfers
• issuing cashier's checks and money orders
• processing of other types of customer requests
• counting and sorting cash
• opening and closing the branch
• participation in community activities and bank appointed meetings
• following bank policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements
• maintaining customer confidentiality
• any other duties as assigned
