Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager is a highly driven professional responsible for cultivating and maintaining successful relationships with Welby Health’s client organizations. In this role, you will ensure that healthcare partners achieve measurable outcomes through our remote patient monitoring and chronic condition management solutions. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison for client success, overseeing engagement, performance metrics, and overall satisfaction across key accounts.

As a Client Success Manager at Welby Health, you will play a critical role in advancing client retention, optimizing health outcomes, and driving long-term growth. Furthermore, you will work cross-functionally with operations, product, and clinical teams to develop scalable strategies, refine data-driven insights, and continuously enhance our client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all client success initiatives
  • Lead onboarding and engagement activities to ensure smooth client adoption of Welby Health’s remote monitoring platform
  • Manage monthly billing audits, performance reviews, and account reporting with accuracy and transparency
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate client engagement, health outcomes, and operational efficiency
  • Analyze patient data and client feedback to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve program performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine standard operating procedures
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver proactive solutions and ensure high-quality client support
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and client expansion initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of scalable systems and workflows that strengthen the client success function

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a closely related business field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in client or customer success, account management, or client relations within a healthcare or technology environment
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and improving client satisfaction metrics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Looker, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, technology-enabled environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital health or remote patient monitoring environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing, value-based care models, or population health management
  • Knowledge of data analytics, healthcare operations, or outcomes reporting
  • Background working with early-stage or rapidly scaling startups
