Lead Credit Specialist – Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between Branch Manager and Area / Credit Manager, offering guidance and support.
- Serve as a lead resource for other Credit Specialists regarding credit management and customer service.
- Administer daily collection activities and assist Area / Credit Managers with the credit strategy of the market.
- Coordinate with inside and outside sales to provide best-in-class customer service. Partner with all sales associates to troubleshoot customer problems, inquiries, etc.
- Act as a liaison between the local branch / market and the National Credit Operations team.
- Adhere to Company compliance and standard operating procedures.
- 1-2 years of professional credit management experience (as noted in the original description).
Qualifications
4+ years of Credit Management experience preferred.Experience in Credit, Collections, and / or Accounts Receivable in the commercial or residential construction industry.Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to see the "big picture."Self-confident with strong communication skills and inquisitiveness.Ability to collaborate with others to meet shared objectives.Benefits and Compliance
