Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Position Title : Bilingual Customer Service Representative Wage : $22.00 - $26.00 / hour Shift : 1st Hours : 6 : 30am 3 : 30pm Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at a company in Denver, CO. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with questions regarding product availability, specifications and pricing, both in person and over the phone
- Enter customer orders and quotes into our operating system
- Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the company and our products and services
- Assist customers who purchase and / or pick up merchandise
- Process sales orders generated at the sales counter
