Lite booking keeping skills including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, posting payments, and invoices are required. Must have experience with Microsolft Excel and Microsoft Word. Will assist with customer service communication and other office functions.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Company Profile
Inside 12X12 was founded in 1976 as a marketing service to the record industry. The name, Inside 12X12 was selected because it represented the size of a record album (12X12). The company began by publishing a monthly news magazine in a 12X12 format that was directed to the Recording Industry trade to inform them of new product releases. The publication included a promotional album with selected tracks from each of the new albums promoted in our magazine for buyers to review.

In the 1980's the company was purchased by it's current President who expanded the customer base and diversified the company by offering additional marketing services.

Today Inside 12X12 manages 24 hour e-commerce web sites, maintains a full service in-bound Tele-services call center, and offers design, packaging, fulfillment and warehouse services to a variety of corporate customers.
