• Must have a skill level of 3 or higher in joint, neuro, ortho, and vascular procedures - no exceptions
• Work variable schedule with call requirements
• Maintain 1 : 1 patient ratios in the operating room
• Float to other departments as needed
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Use Cerner documentation system
• Broad surgical knowledge required with experience in multiple service lines including general surgery, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn and trauma
• Perform variable procedures based on surgical schedule
• Work in a busy robotic surgery program environment
