VHS is looking for a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists - Catheterization Laboratory.

• Number of ORs : 11 in the main OR 2 in the ambulatory center
• Patients per day : 50-60 cases per day
• Department description : Description : comprised of ortho ortho trauma general general trauma spine neuro cath lab ambulatory and endo.
• EMR : Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital bed size : 317
• Case / Procedure Experience : must have recent hospital experience.
• Interview Process : Dr. Weiss will interview candidates by phone.Practice Setting :
• HospitalRequirements :
• Board Certification : CRNA
• License required : AZ license require to present
• DEA : No
• CSR : No
• Certifications required : BLS or ACLS
• Minimum experience required : Credentialing Timeframe : 30 daysOT after scheduled shift - No weekly OT or after 40 hours Shift Info : Day 5x10-Hour 07 : 00 - 19 : 00
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
