Key Responsibilities
Screen patients for eligibility of state and federal assistance programs
Assist patients with applications for appropriate assistance and provide detailed instructions on securing benefits
Maintain accurate documentation on patient accounts and follow up on application statuses
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Experience with medical coding or billing is a plus
Proficient PC knowledge with typing skills of 30-40 wpm
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
