Job Summary :

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and maintain a fun and safe work environment. Your leadership will be essential in upholding our restaurant’s standards while making every guest feel like part of the family.

Responsibilities :

Support the General Manager with all operational aspects of the restaurant

Supervise front-of-house team members, ensuring excellent service and teamwork

Manage staff scheduling, training, and development

Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and cost control

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a can-do attitude

Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations

Contribute ideas to keep the restaurant fresh, fun, and aligned with our casual theme

Qualifications :

2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
