Desktop Admin

Position : Desktop Admin

Location : Irving, TX

Job Description :

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and Office 365.
• Apply system updates, patches, and antivirus management.
• Support users through calls, emails, or ticketing tools (like ServiceNow or Jira).
• Maintain desktop images and software deployment using SCCM or Intune.
• Keep track of IT assets and inventory.
• Work with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
