  • Qualifications : MD / DO Pulmonary-Critical Care

Board Certified in Critical Care

  • Fellowship in Critical Care
  • ID License
  • ACLS, BLS
  • ID DEA
  • Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID
  • Facility : A General Medical and Surgical Hospital

    • Trauma : Level 2

  • Schedule : Dates : ASAP - Ongoing through 2022

    • 10-20 shifts per month

  • 7pm-7am
  • No Call
  • Assignment

    • Inpatient

    ICU Rounding with pulmonary consult

  • Some supervision of FM residents
  • EMR : Epic
