FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On call info : 1 night during the week and then every 5th weekend- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs

Travel Area : Jefferson County, East Birmingham

Productivity Units : 28 units

Qualifications : Infusion, Urinary Catheters, Wound Care , Wound Vacs, Pleur x, Oasis documentation , HCHB experience

Qualifications : HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required

OASIS Experience - Required

Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
