Are you a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Washington with 6+ years of experience? Looking for a role where you can lead exciting projects and have a shot at partial ownership? proHNS LLC is building a new branch office in Skagit County, and we're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to help us shape the future of infrastructure. You'll work directly with a Principal Engineer & Owner and lead projects that make a real impact.

What You'll

• Leading teams on civil / environmental engineering projects
• Designing site development, utilities, stormwater systems, and more
• Sealing engineering documents and taking responsible charge
• Managing projects from design through construction
• Coordinating with engineers, surveyors, planners, and clients
• Drafting reports, specs, and bid documents

What You Bring

Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in WA (or able to get licensed within 6 months)

6+ years of experience in civil / environmental engineering

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, EPANET, HEC-RAS, and Microsoft Office

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Familiarity with WSDOT LAG Manual and local codes

Passion for solving problems and mentoring others
