Your Role

As a CNA/Caregiver, you are a primary support provider for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Support safe mobility and transfers

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Follow care plans and document services provided

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Work collaboratively with nurses and care team

This is relationship-based care — you’ll have time to connect with residents, not just complete tasks.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred (caregiver experience considered)

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

• Interest in working with older adults
