FULL TIME Afternoon & Evening Front of House Team Member (2pm-10pm shift)

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Completing tasks and ensuring that products and guest experience are consistent with the Chick-fil-A brand, culture and the Operator's vision
• Work with urgency to complete tasks efficiently and achieve operational excellence in all that you do
• Preparing, assembling and serving products to food station according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders
• Stand for periods of up to 5 hours in length
• Basic mathematical and measurement skills
• Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care
• Always courteously greet guests
• Maintaining a well-groomed and clean appearance and always dressing professional
• Fulfill other duties as required to assist team members and leadership with necessary tasks
