Responsible for the administration of moderate to complex variable pay incentive plans for a division in compliance with company processes and procedures. Conducts and leads special projects.
Prepare monthly incentive calculations for moderate to complex incentive plans that include several components.
Monitor incentive payouts and commission projections providing updates to management throughout plan year.
Oversee plan design options and review incentive payout calculations for accuracy and compliance.
Plan and model commission expense in collaboration with sales executives and finance.
Directly involved in implementation and ongoing administration of incentive plans and provide guidance and analysis to corporate and sales channel leadership.
Responsible for detailed forecasting of overall commission / bonus program expense.
Conduct thorough audits of all incentive plan designs for compliance.
Uses historical trend information and expertise in market and business environments to create projections used for budgeting or forecasting processes.
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to finance management.
Manage large data sets from disparate sources for data mining, complex analysis, and research projects.
Finance & Accounting - experience in finance, economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, financial statements, and valuation analysis and reporting of financial data.
Mathematics & Analytics - ability to understand, manipulate and solve problems using mathematics on large data sets.
Computer Skills - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Problem Solving - identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Organizing, Planning & Prioritizing Work - developing specific goals and execution plans for the completion of tasks.
Excellent Communication Skills - both written and verbal.
Critical Thinking - use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Judgment & Decision Making - consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate course of action.
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures of the business.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong Excel modeling skills required.
Experience with Salesforce, Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in a commission / financial capacity.
Salary Range : $54,525 - $72,700.00 annually.
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
