Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and modernization efforts

Support the development and maintenance of Chatbots for the government agency's mission

Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT modernization projects

Required Qualifications

3+ years of ServiceNow and Amazon Web Service (AWS) Development experience

Experience in developing, creating, and modifying software applications for large user groups

Ability to obtain and maintain a federal clearance

Experience with triaging incidents and determining root causes of issues

Experience in testing software code and working in Jira for bug identification and fixes
