Key Responsibilities
Manage attendee communications and registration
Maintain and organize event databases and execute administrative tasks
Support onsite event execution and contribute ideas to event concepts
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with event platforms is a plus
Available for occasional travel and extended hours during event execution
Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude
