Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in a group setting with adults with disabilities. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM , supporting clients in their homes and communities. DSPs play a vital role in encouraging independence, fostering personal growth, and creating a safe, engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living skills such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and organization
• Support clients in developing and practicing independent living skills
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities as needed
• Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Promote a positive and inclusive group living environment
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, and staff
• Adapt to changing client needs and group dynamics
