Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to efficiently operate a sit-down forklift. You will be responsible for moving bags of stone, granite, mulch, and rock, as well as palletizing and assisting with material lifting. The role requires proficiency in operating a sit-down, propane, 5,000Lb lift.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down propane forklift.
• Move and palletize materials such as stone, granite, mulch, and rock.
• Assist in lifting materials as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and operating procedures.

Work Environment

Work is scheduled from Monday to Thursday, 6 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM, with potential overtime on Friday. The role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and / or move up to 65 lbs. Occasionally, you may need to lift over 65 lbs. The job involves physical activities including bending, crouching, climbing, pushing, pulling, stooping, and reaching.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
