Quality Engineer (PPAP

Overview

A leading manufacturer of components used in the utilities industry—everything you'd typically see on a power pole (splicers, connectors, etc.), excluding transformers—is seeking a Quality Engineer to support their transition of parts manufacturing to the U.S. The primary responsibility will be processing Production Part Approvals (PPAPs) for multiple parts. Although titled "Engineer," this role does not require an engineering degree; the minimum requirement is hands-on experience with PPAP documentation and procedures.

Responsibilities

Process PPAPs for multiple parts and support the transition of parts manufacturing to the U.S.

Qualifications

• Direct experience processing PPAPs
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance environment
• Engineering degree not required
