Purpose of Position

The Contracts Specialist, Associate is responsible for the administration of Fractional Binder Agreements, Fractional maintenance transactions, 25 Hour Lease Agreements and all documents related to the NetJets Card Program. The Contracts Specialist, Associate will work directly with internal and external partners on contract negotiations, execution and closings of all transactions. This is the introductory level position to the Contracts Specialist career path for fractional transactions.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Drafts and negotiates all Fractional Binder Agreements; Fractional maintenance transactions (Extension Notices, Aircraft Substitutions, Assignments, related Letter Agreements); 25 Hour Lease Agreements and all documents related to the NetJets Card Program. Ensures proper contract fulfillment in accordance with all regulatory / tax requirements and internal controls.
• Works directly with Director of Owner Contracts and Legal to maintain templates that align with current program and product offerings.
• Collaborates with assigned Sales Teams, as well as internal and external partners (Legal, Billing, A / R, Finance, Owner Services, Marketing, and others as necessary) to represent the Contracts Team and the Program. Ensures all transactions are completed in a timely, effective, accurate manner and provides an exceptional contracting experience for Owners during the contract process.
• Accurately tracks and manages the applicable transactions through the appropriate system and follows up as necessary (Contracts Management System, Salesforce, Apttus, DocuSign).
• Participates in special projects as required and proactively streamlines procedures and processes for contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
