What You’ll Be Doing :

You’ll be the go-to for making sure all our vehicles are properly titled, billed, and documented — a mission-critical job that supports our sales, finance, and service teams.

Process motor vehicle title paperwork accurately & on time

Communicate with customers, county clerks, and banks

Receive and organize docs from Finance & Sales

Prep lender contract packages and trade-in payoffs

Keep us 100% compliant with all state and local title laws

Think of yourself as the air traffic controller of documentation — minus the headset.

Know your way around a computer (CDK experience = bonus points!)
