Responsibilities :

• Daily office attendance, serving as the welcoming face of our clinic. Facilitating patient check-ins, collecting copays, updating patient demographics and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office on a day-to-day basis
• Communicate with providers and clients in a timely professional manner.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Multi-tasking is a must. We often have several tasks to complete while also making sure that calls are getting answered and clients' needs are met.
• Receptionist Skills and Qualifications : Telephone Skills, Written and Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Suite, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Handles Pressure, Supply Management, Timeliness
• Managing patient check-outs and scheduling follow-up appointments
• Promptly addressing patient inquiries and messages via phone call, e-mail, text message, and electronic health record

Qualifications :

Schedule : Monday - Friday Approximately 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm - 2-3 days a week

This position is part-time working 16-20+ hours per week in our Bountiful and Layton offices. We ask all team members to be willing to work at all locations as needed for coverage for teammates. There is a potential to grow into a full time position for the right candidate.

Hourly pay based on experience.
