Your Role : As a Physical Therapist within our integrated care model, you will collaborate closely with clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recoveries and successfully return to the activities they cherish.

What You Need : We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements :

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program, with at least a Bachelor of Science Degree.
• Possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are provided.
