About the Role
The Loan Support Specialist I is responsible for the servicing of consumer, small business, SBA and commercial loan servicing within an environment of high work volumes and established deadlines. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations. Independently handles production tasks requiring knowledge of loan documentation, regulations, policies and procedures. This role interacts with bank staff at all levels in multiple departments, customers, escrow / title personnel, attorney's and various levels of external professionals. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $26.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent up on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
