💵 Pay Range : $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team player to join us as an Operations & Showroom Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, takes pride in organization, and is excited to support customers in their flooring journey.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the heart of our Sample Room and Showroom Department, helping customers see and feel their flooring options while keeping operations running smoothly.

Sample Room Responsibilities :

  • Pick, pack, and ship flooring samples with precision and care.
  • Prepare customized sample packages to delight customers.
  • Create and manage shipping labels and process requests quickly.
  • Record, stock, and organize flooring samples.
  • Keep the sample room clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless sample fulfillment.

Showroom Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a well-organized, welcoming showroom environment.
  • Introduce new flooring collections and update displays.
  • Remove discontinued flooring and keep promotional / featured sections fresh.
  • Assist walk-in customers with sample and product requests.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to showroom visitors.

    • Operational Support & Cross-Training :

  • Assist with a variety of daily operational activities across departments.
  • Support logistics, administration, and customer service teams as needed.
  • Be adaptable and open to learning multiple functions through cross-training.
  • Step in to provide coverage and help teammates when workloads shift.
  • Take initiative to problem-solve and keep operations flowing smoothly.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A team-oriented, friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with digital systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support across departments as needed.
