Transportation Driver / Medical Records

CareCore at Montgomery is seeking a dependable team member to join us as a Transportation Driver / Medical Records . This position requires a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Licensed STNA is preffered.

In this role, you will :

Safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments

Coordinate and schedule transportation needs

Maintain medical records, including filing, requests, and document management

Support additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications :

STNA certification with experience in both medical records and transportation

• Valid Driver's Licese with clean driving record.
